We are here to help you do that.
If you feel like you’re on someone else’s path, or maybe you’re a recent college grad and have no idea what to do next, or maybe you feel creatively blocked and bored with your career, you are not alone.
We created the Find Your Passion Program so you can connect with what you want and take action on it.
For the past 2 years, we have helped over 5000 people around the world connect with their passions, and launch passion projects. We have dedicated our own life, to create the perfect program: The 5 week part time Find Your Passion Program. It provides a space to deeply explore who you are and what is meaningful to you in an interactive, community based class. We give you tools and exercises to dig deep and then act. After week 2 you already start developing a Passion Project based on what you discover is truly valuable to you, not anyone else.
Many graduates have used their Passion Projects as a springboard for something greater, like making a career change or launching a new business. For others, finding more fulfillment in the after-work hours has been enough to change their whole outlook on life.
But don't take our word for it. Hear what past participants have to say in this 2-minute video:
Our Proven Method
Following your passion can seem scary and confusing, but it’s totally possible—with some community, self-awareness, and action.
Each Find Your Passion group is facilitated by one of our Passion Leaders whose job is to support, challenge, and lead you on your passion journey.
If you’re unclear about what your passions are, you’ll get clear. If you have a project you want to do but are feeling stuck, you’ll quickly find yourself taking action and making massive leaps forward.
Ongoing throughout the program:
Even after the program ends, you won’t be alone. After Shine, you’ll be a part of our alumni community and plugged into our many other passion events.
Our classes are held at The Passion Co.op in San Francisco and Seattle. We offer two simultaneous groups to go through the program together, but separately. The content is identical. Both groups will come together for the Closing Celebration and Shine. There's space for 12-16 participants in each cohort which provides enough space to get support and connect with others, while still having a small group feel.

Passion Projects are creative side projects. They’re connected to your deeper meaning and they have tangible outcomes.
Anyone can do them. What you need most is inspiration and commitment. Past projects include learning to play the violin, writing a book, creating a trailer for a documentary, prototyping a gardening app, and doing 30 days of random acts of kindness.
Not sure what your passion is yet? No worries. We’ll help you discover it by giving you the tools you need.
We’ve helped people like:
Kate Kittredge, who worked in marketing at Google but realized she wasn’t happy stuck behind a desk. Her passion was to create beauty with her hands.
Alex Regenstreich, who had a passion for taking pictures of faces that appear in everyday objects but needed help to take his idea to the next level.
Kate pursued her big vision of being a floral designer. She had no background in floral design, but through doing a Passion Project, she built up her confidence. Now she’s a full-time floral designer and is the creative director at Bloom That. She’s doing what she was put on this earth to do. Watch her story.
Alex used the accountability and support that the Find Your Passion Course offers to complete a book and a t-shirt line in just 30 days. He also began building a community reflecting the values of his project, which are to inspire delight and perspective. Read more.
