Lisa is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Mindfulness Based Achievement (MBA) who has dedicated her life to inspiring others to achieve success in an entirely new way. Her corporate and individual programs teach high achieving women how to "Lean In" without burning out. Her MBA curriculum has been taught to thousands, as well as at Google, The Stanford Graduate School of Business, LinkedIn, Airbnb, StubHub!, YouTube, Bain & Co. and many others. Lisa graduated Magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN and lives in San Francisco with her husband and daughter. Peter Rubin

Founder & Coach

Founder of Masters of the Leap, helps brilliant yet unsatisfied 20 and 30-somethings find more freedom and adventure in their work and lives.

He graduated from Stanford in 2008 with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering and went on to work at IDEO and Daylight, two leading Bay Area design firms. In 2011, a persistent feeling of “something missing” led him to take the leap and turn his passion for facilitation and coaching into a profession.

Peter started as a participant in the Find Your Passion Program and today facilitates the class as well.
